1980 vespa p200e

1980 vespa p200e with sidecar rare and it's has a clear title far as I know this is all original if was my dads collection but he didn't finish it it has a lot of new parts on the vespa like a cowl for the motor and news seats for the sidecar and the vespa and new back tire and wheel the speedometer read 143 miles is original best to my knowledge it doesn't run and needs a new battery but the motor turn over freely when you kick start and comes with a brand-new wiring harness my dad was going restore it but didn't its has a 4 speed transmission manual transmission that is shifted by turning the left hand grip if you need any more information or pictures let me know if you do. this is my opinion I'm not a expert thank you for bidding
