Here for purchase is a cool classic tool. Believed to be a strap wrench for oil filter removal or something similar. It is casted VAR 398 on the ten inch handle. The round opening is 3 3/4 inches or about 95mm in diameter with a rivited hard material inside of a band of steel. It appears to have had little use. Need to see it go to a good home....
