This is a small, vintage,antique ,4-way lug wrench ,tire iron ,from a 1960s,American made, automobile. Cars in those days came with these standard for changing flat tires. The 2 shafts w/lug nut wrench ends are 13" long and are welded together in middle to form a cross, hence the term "4 way", each shaft end having a different wrench end size for a different wheel lugnut size.
