This is a Snap On QJR284E 3/8" Drive Torque Fixed Ratchet Wrench 150-1000 In/Lb NO CASE. Overall length is about 15". There are sanding on this wrench where numbers were removed by the previous owner (standard US Military de-marking process). Otherwise, the wrench works fine.
