Matco 7GRC16M2, 16mm, 12 Point, Ratcheting Combination Wrench. In ROUGH used condition. Has lots of deep scratches on both sides. (see pics) I'm not sure if this was run over on the shop floor, or tossed down a flight of stairs, either way, it looks rough BUT it functions just fine. The ratcheting end ratchets properly and all teeth lock up as they are supposed to. Wrench is straight with no initials carved into it. NO RETURNS OR REFUNDS ON THIS ITEM. SOLD AS IS....
