I have a Hazet Torque wrench that I have never used. I would classify it as New Old Stock. The rubber dust shield just north of the handle has disintegrated. That is it's only flaw. The missing shield does not effect it's function. But it needs to be mentioned.As I understand it Hazet is like the "Snap on" of Germany...
