this is a used preowned armstrong 1731-A double ended open end wrench,3/4" x 7/8".there is some wear on this tool.there are some scuffs,scratches,nicks and dings throughout all sides of the wrench.there is some chrome wear on the open end tips of the wrench,both ends.there is some slight roll wear on the outside,inside edges of the open ends of the tool.i did take some fine steel wool to the tool to remove a little rust and it left a small pit or two behind in the wrench.as stated before this is...
