Three V Shield logo VLCHEK vintage double open end wrenches. They range from 3/8" to 3/4" These seem pretty old, they are not stamped with the sizes at all. The largest one has a 23 and the middle size has a 29 stamped on it. The smallest stamping is very hard to make out. These are old industry standard codes that you can decipher online.
