The U-Pol 821V Raptor Bed Liner is a TINTABLE liner. The product is a milky white color in the can and requires a toner/basecoat be added to the product before applying. RAPTOR requires solvent based toners, such as urethane based color, 2K acrylic solid color, or mixed acrylic basecoats.
