This is an aftermarket HIGH QUALITY bead breaker quick relief valve fits on some Coats tire changers. It is found at the air inlet port of the cylinder and allows the air cylinder to energize and release pressure when moving in and out. Many times the internal plunger in these valves breakdown and crumbles causing the valve to bind and causing the cylinder to not operate properly.
