Here is a vintage Hunter wheel balancer which we used in our shop for decades. It worked very well back in the day when most cars and light trucks had normal size steel wheels (13 to 16 inches) and drum brakes. The paint is faded and quite dirty; needs a good cleaning or restoring if you want that. This will not work with newer alloy or aftermarket wheels and only works with brakes which aren't dragging too badly (some disc calipers especially can keep it from spinning the wheel fast enough).
