Used SNAP ON MT-1460 Cylinder Shorting Tach / Dwell. Unit has not been tested as I don't have a way to test for full function. This is why the listing is for "For parts or not working." Some visible wear from use. In the first picture, zoom in to see "Cyl" on the display. The unit was connected to a 12 volt automotive battery to show that it powers on. This MT-1460 is in good used condition and includes the coil lead and spark plug wire clamp as well as the positive and negative alligator clamps...
