1977 International COE Transtar II Cabover 364,172 Original Miles NTC 290 Cummins Engine 373 hp Cranks and runs good. Complete, all original. This truck was owned by Delta Scales in Charlotte, NC and was its scale testing truck. It was used exclusively to haul testing weights used to certify heavy truck scales.
