Listed for sale here is an antique Snap-On Blue Point #2 Phillips Screw Driver Made in USA of Allow Steel Features a six-sided, wooden handle. This came out of a collection of tools from the 40s and 50s and since I cannot find any other examples of this configuration, I assume the screwdriver is also from the 40s or 50s.
