Proto Canada 5249 3/8" drive ratchet. It looks the same as the American version, but is stamped Canada instead of USA. I think these are fairly rare. I didn't even know they made proto tools in Canada until I found this. This is used and shows scuffs/scratches/wear from normal use, but is in decent condition overall. It works well in both directions. Be sure to look closely at the photos for a better idea of condition. They show the actual item you will receive. Will ship USPS ground advantage....
