This is a used ratchet showing typical signs of used and age, minor scratches or scuffs along with some plating loss. Ratchet also has previous owner markings, will not effect performance. Tested and works, although to switch back and fourth from tighten and loosen is a little snug, tool has been sitting for quite some time, I have oiled it up, it may loosen with time. All other functions work as they were intended.Please look at the pictures closely....
