(Please Read Description) - Appearance wise the ratchet is in fair condition it has surface rust / plating loss at surface contact points - these areas were smoothed out as best as possible. There is some wear on the flex head detents, which results in some looseness. The ratcheting action is smooth, the on/off switch very well, and the quick release works well with no problems.
