This Snap-on FV4A 3/8" drive 16.75" long speeder handle is in good working condition. When I got it, the friction ball was completely stuck. I oiled the friction ball and depressed it so the oil would get behind the ball. The friction ball works well now. The spinner handle was also completely stuck. I got it free and oiled it. It feels a bit gritty, as if there is still rust inside. Hopefully it will get better with use. Physically, it has finish issues. It has no owner's engravings. United Sta...
