This is a MATCO CFR248BLFG 1/2" drive GREEN EXTRA-LONG 88-tooth LOCKING FLEX soft grip ratchet that has a nice black chrome finish! This ratchet has a lever below the head (2nd picture) that you flip to the left, adjust the head angle, and flip the switch back to the right to positively lock the head position in place.
