Ratchet is in Excellent Pre-owned Condition! This is a very nice one... it could pass as New! Both in looks and in function. Classic USA MADE that has been fully cleaned and serviced, and operates as smoothly as it did when New. The original lubricant grease hardens and becomes sticky over time. This has been fully removed and cleaned out. It has been replaced with Modern top of the line Synthetic grease.... The same brand lubricant that is used and recommended by Snap-On.
