Listing is for one used Cougar E4426 1/2” Drive Reversible Quick Release Knurled Ratchet.Ratchet has some surface rust and wear and tear.Handle has some marks where it looks like locking pliers were used.Tested under 120lb load in each direction and did not slip or skip teeth.Directional switch and quick release work as they should.
