THIS RATCHET IS IN VERY GOOD CONDITION GIVEN ITS AGE. IT FUNCTIONS AS IT SHOULD HOWEVER THE PREVIOUS OWNER EITHER SOLDERED OR WELDED THE BOTTOM FACE PLATE OVER THE SCREW HOLES. (SEE PICTURES). THIS WILL NEED TO BE REMOVED IN ORDER TO TAKE THE RATCHET APART FOR SERVICING....
