Hi. Free Shipping in the US. Here is a Armstrong Tools # 12-903 1/2" Drive Reversible Ratchet 10-1/4" Long Made USA. Good, vintage condition. Works and reverses correctly. Ratchet action is nice and "clicky" Some cosmetic scuffs and marks. Some grime in the nooks and crannies. Some small areas of plating missing on a few spots.
