Vintage WISS Tools - USA Set of 9.5" Sheet metal Snips #M1 (Red) #M2 (Green) Overall they are both in well used vintage condition. Heavier signs of use, wear and imperfections throughout. The Green M2 pair is in better cosmetic condition. Metal handles have worn through grips on bottoms on the M1 Red pair. The the little hook that holds the handles closed has also broken off.
