VTG Craftsman Tools - USASet of (2) Black Grip Pliers -----#4275 10" Straight Cut Tin Snips / Shears ------------------------ 10" Heavy Duty Needle Nose Locking Pliers (did not see a part number) Both are in good overall used condition. They have signs of use, wear and imperfections throughout from normal use. There is scratches, chipping, pitting and marks in the chrome finish on both. The finish on locking pliers is more dull and yellow. No significant performance issues noted with either one....
