This is a blue point prc36 internal external snap ring pliers with removable tips. Has eight tips in total plus allen wrench to secure tips and tool. Has original pouch that holds the tips flap is torn some. Has owner mark on one side Mike martussi. Handles are in good shape tool is not rusty, spring is intact.
