Original vintage 1949 Harley Davidson FL frame and engine with California Title. USED It comes with a clean and clear California Title in my name. The engine number is the VIN. There is NO Blue Tag or other such nonsense. When I generated the paperwork at DMV, I applied for "Title Only" The Registration paperwork states, PNO-REG DEFERRED (planned non operation registration deferred).
