This chopper belonged to my brother in Arizona. I understand he bought it in 1974 and titled it in Arizona as a 1977 as a custom built chopper with an Arizona Vin inspection. Engine is supposed to be a 1947 Panhead. My brother passed away in 2022 at the age of 71. He built and rode this Chopper for many years and rebuilt the engine twice.
