This is an eccentric cam for a mounting plate for a cylinder head holding and leveling fixture on a cylinder head resurfacing machine. This plate fits Kwik Way, Sunnen, DCM, Winona, RMC, Berco, Storm Vulcan, Scledum and most other resurfacing machines. The small diameter is 1.495" and the large diameter is 1.870".
