Here is a very hard to find Tap 3" - 3 TPI Acme thread Tap .We're not sure how sharp an Acme tap is supposed to be, but if it's not sharp enough for you, you can always get it sharpened, or there are many YouTube videos on how to hand Sharpen a tap by yourself (The larger the tap, the easier it is) (generally it's done on the side of a nice shape bench Grinder Stone ,you're just squaring off the lead edge of the Teeth on the Tap ).
