2002 Gem Electric vehicle for sale Bought this to use around town as it is street legal registered with plates. I even had basic insurance for $75 a year to be safe. Super fun fast and can be used on all roads 30mph. Never bothered by cops as its legal vs driving a golf cart that is not meant for public roads. Runs great.
