What is that? If I got that question once, I got it 100 times. Sure to draw a crowd wherever it goes and I can testify to that! This is a VW based kit car from Kelmark Engineering. Based out of Okemos Michigan and began doing business in 1969. Mostly converting rear engine cars to V8 powered ones. Most notably, Corvairs.
