Has scratches, nicks and some corrosion from age, use and storage. Pumps up and holds pressure but gaskets need replaced on cap. Cannot verify if it is Snap On for sure without any part numbers but from what I’ve looked up it seems to be. See pictures to determine condition for yourself....
