Kent-Moore J-43298 Chevy OEM Ignition Module Tester. Very good condition. The PCM causes a spark by pulsing the IC circuit, signaling the IC module to coil and fire the spark plug. The type of IC PCM drive/circuit failure will be determined by EST codes, P1351 (High)-P1366 (Low). An open-circuit on the output side of the PCM driver will also set the EST code, however, an open on the input side will not.
