Eaton Radiator Pressure Cap and Cooling System Tester. Purchased at an estate sale simply because it looked cool. Seems to be complete and functional. Nothing is stuck, if it's supposed to turn on or off it does, pumping action goes up and down and the gage on the front moves. I have no idea however if this is a functioning tool for a mechanic, or for that matter if such a tool is still used these days. If not, it would be a great steam punk piece....
