Good used condition, ball is a little sticky but works if the button is flicked. Probably needs some oil and a little use. No owners marks ??? 44282 does not show up as this extension in searches ??? Has pat.# ***EDIT*** I sprayed some carb cleaner in it and added a couple drops of light oil and it came back to life. Working as it should....
