This is a Snap-On old type black handle 12 in carbon scraper with a 7/8 in wide blade. Part number csa12. No owners marks or owner identification marks are on this handle. This handle is an excellent shape no cracking or heavy visible damage only normal wear. Shank of tool is excellent not Bent still has a nice chrome finish.
