Large 16" diameter clock face style dynamometer gauge with cast iron wall mount bracket that let's the gauge swivle. ROTUNDA. Think it's 1960s Era Came from a garage that had a chassis dynamometer but someone had already gotten into the building and got the majority of the dynamometer. They missed this as it was hanging high on the opposite side of the bay from were the floor rollers were mounted into the floor. Has 2 tube connections on the back. No idea if it works.
