Up for sale is an nice pair of P&C Tools Horseshoe External Lock Snap Ring Pliers. This is P&C part 1250 and measures aprox 8-1/4" long. These are used with minor scuffs, scrapes and wear from normal use and minor surface blemishes (see pictures). No engravings or owners marks.
