Charles D Stromgren Company STA-PUT Piston Ring Compressor This tool was made in the 1940s for then new modern vehicles from the 1930s and would continue being relevant for many years.There is a list of vehicles it can be used on in then pictures.It was still being sold in 1947 and can be seen in the MAC Tools catalog from that year. Charles D Stromgren received a bunch of patents in in the 1930s and the one for this tool in 1942....
