The tool is in used but excellent working condition. The tool is coated with a lubricant to prevent corrosion while in storage. Once you receive the tool, simply wipe the tool with a paper towel and spray it with brake cleaner to clean it. Consult a service manual for the proper application and use of the tool. No refunds....
