L. S. Starrett Machinist Parallel Clamp Set No. 161-A 2 Clamps New Old Stock w/ Marks SEE BELOW EXPLNATION Note - Please Read: These 2 Starrett Clamps are New/Unused but they have Owner Markings. Owner Markings/ Engraving as follows: "TVA BLNP TR" Condition: New / Unused, still has original light machine oil. Still in Original Starrett Box.I was told that these came from a State Auction where these clamps were marked for security, but never were issued to the State Maintenance Shop. Further info...
