Kent Moore J-35825 Digital Photo Tachometer. This unit was purchased for heavy diesel repair/diagnosis applications. It was used very little and is extremely accurate. It works with a roll of reflective tape (included). You cut a small piece of tape and stick it to the rotating assembly you need to measure.
