This is a Kent-Moore J-24453 Lock Ring Installer For Allison AT-500 MT-600 V-700 HT-700 transmissions. Used to install second and third clutch lockring. May fit other models. Very good condition. Not sure if the tool was used, but it will have some foxing/corrosion on the metal part and some small dings on the plastic.
