This is the Ford Rotunda OTC TKIT-T96L-1000-A tool set. It includes 5.0L Rear crankshaft service tools as well as several tools for the 8.8”,Dana 44, 50 and 60 axles and the CD4E trans. It has one of the critical items for setting the back lash in the 8.8” axle (you must have the gauge tube to do this properly). Tools appear to be in good condition.
