I'm not exctly sure of the history specifically for this tool- it comes as shown- notice the press does have some welding repair previously- but the repairs appear done well and don't look to cause any issues with using this. Many various bushing adapters are included as well- Certainly all mechanics will find plenty of "universal" uses for this set up- Please see all photos as part of the description.
