This is a USED PT250 that is obviously used-but works just like you’d expect a Snapon tool to operate. There’s no leaks in the body of the tool and will come exactly as shown. It functions fine-but is dirty and like most of these the plastic body cover has a crack in it. Photos show its condition accurately as its uncleaned/just straight out of service.
