Features and Benefits:The GB 4 - 1/8 inch Flex-Hone surface finishing and deburring tool is designed for nominal bore sizes between 3.75 IN and 4.125 IN. This tool features 4.00 IN of abrasive globules which are composed of 120 grit Silicon Carbide and are excellent for mild steel, stainless steel and cast iron. 120 grit generally provides an Ra Finish range of 35 - 50 Microinch (.9 - 1.4 Micrometer). Significant changes in surface finish may require multiple grits to achieve the desired result....
