Blackhawk 10 Ton Porto-Power Set USA - Tested Works This set does function as intended. But it is well loved. It has experienced many years in a shop setting and has taken some abuse. As seen in a few of the welded and slightly bent items. Also after letting the ram and pump sit for a bit I noticed a small puddle of hydraulic fluid under them but I was unable to find the exact source.
