This is a "First Series" 1949 Chrysler New Yorker Convertible in original condition. A few first 49 models were produced with the "48" body style. The previous design had been carried through early 1949 with the new series having been delayed due to a strike in late 1948. The engine bay has all original hardware and accessories.
